OYSTER ROAST

Enjoy Charleston’s favorite pastime starting at $1500 with bushels sourced directly from the ACE river basin.

Roasts over 50 people come with complimentary shell recycling to mitigate erosion in our marshes and waterways.

HERITAGE HOG

Make it a pig pickin' with Palmira BBQ’s Heritage Whole Hot smoked on all wood coals. Pitmaster Hector Garate will personally attend to your pig at the Smokehouse. From scrumptious suckling pigs to feasts of massive proportions we have your southern staples covered with local hog.

MEET TREY, FOUNDER OF LOWCOUNTRY OYSTER

We could simply tell you that Lowcountry Oyster Founder and Owner Trey McMillan is Vice President of the South Carolina Shellfish Growers Association and South Carolina’s State Representative for the East Coast Shellfish Growers Association, but that’s only part of who he is. He is an avid deep sea fisherman, a lover of The Voice, and, most importantly, one of South Carolina’s best oyster farmers!
