Prepare to be amazed as Chef Graham collaborates with talented artists to deliver an unforgettable evening of culinary delights and artistic spectacle. Each event will feature a menu inspired by the celebrated artist of the night, drawing inspiration from their nostalgic food choices, their unique use of colors (or lack thereof), and their overall artistic motif.

In a delightful fusion of art and gastronomy, even the physical menu will serve as a canvas for the artist's creativity, just as we did in the past with the exceptional Isabel Bornstein (@born_a_collage). Throughout the evening, the venue will be adorned with captivating artwork by the featured artist, allowing patrons to immerse themselves in the creative ambiance. Additionally, guests will have the opportunity to purchase these mesmerizing pieces after dinner. To add to the experience, the gallery will open to the general public following the supper, complete with a cash bar for further enjoyment.

For our inaugural supper, we have the privilege of collaborating with the brilliant Justin Morris (@FollyHood). Prepare to be transported to the captivating world of the sea through his mesmerizing photographs. His light work expertly plays with contrast, and at Calabrias, we interpret this as an opportunity to showcase dishes that embrace the beauty of black and white. Imagine food dyed with activated charcoal, squid ink, or a lighter coconut crema, each representing the artistic essence of Justin's work. Alternatively, our interpretation may take the form of palate-pleasing dishes that juxtapose flavors, such as sweet and sour, salty and sour, or savory and sweet.
