The event will take place on Saturday, June 1, 2024 from 5 to 6pm and general admission commences from 6 to 9 pm, with serving starting promptly at 6 pm. We regret any inconvenience if you arrive late, but the show must go on for our other patrons.

VIP guests will enjoy an extra hour for an intimate discussion with the chefs, delving into their preparation methods while witnessing the final touches of the supper on the grill specially designed and built by Chef Graham. Moreover, VIP ticket holders will be treated to a signature cocktail crafted by Matt Pladgeman, whose impressive bio is provided below. Chefs Mark and Graham will also prepare a dish reminiscent of a long-standing menu item at Le Bernadine: the tuna and foie gras toast. The VIP hour is scheduled from 5 to 6 pm.
